Minke Sashimi

This only takes a few minutes, involves no cooking and is one of the most delicious dishes you can have if you are lucky enough to have a supply of minke.

300 gm minke (Fin whale is even better)
Saucer of Kikoman Soya sauce
Wasabi ( a delicious Japanese green horse radish) if you can get it or use fresh finely grated ginger

Thinly slice the minke arrange in a pleasing manner on a serving dish. Put soya sauce in a small bowl add wasabi or ginger or both. Don't be shy with the wasabi. Pick up thin slices of minke dip in soya wasabi mix and eat. Learn to enjoy the wasabi kick.
